Plasma fibronectin in patients with larynx carcinoma

Özet

Plasma fibronectin level was measured in patients with larynx carcinoma. No significant different was found as compared to controls. Median plasma x fibronectin concentration (microgram/ml plasma) was 31.5 ± 38.5, (n=12) in control groups. In patients with larynx carcinoma, the mean value was 360.5 ± 59.86 (n=12). In patients with larynx cancer histologic grade was II. Desmoplasia was generally found to be (+) in 3 patients and (++) in 7 cases and was not observed in 2 patients.
