Özet

In fuzzy-type decision-making, aggregation operators are mathematical tools for combining multiple fuzzy values into a single representative value. Fuzzy Fairly Aggregation Operators are advanced methods for aggregating fuzzy information in a balanced and equitable manner, ensuring that the final decision fairly reflects the collective input—particularly in situations involving uncertainty, imprecision, and conflicting judgments. These operators bridge fairness theory and fuzzy decision-making, offering a more nuanced and realistic alternative to traditional linear aggregation techniques. In this study, we provide Fairly Aggregation Operators for disc interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy sets and examine their basic properties. An ELECTRE method based on the disc interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy sets framework is proposed to quantify the decision-making process accurately. This methodology integrates disc interval-valued Fermatean fuzzy concordance and discordance matrices, facilitating a comprehensive evaluation of performance across multiple criteria.
