Özet
Parkinson hastalığının temel motor belirtileri bradikinezi, rijidite, tremor ve postür-denge bozukluklarından oluşur. Zamanla hem hastalığın ilerlemesi sonucu hem de uzun süreli tedavi sonucunda motor komplikasyonlar ortaya çıkar. Motor belirtiler o kadar şiddetli hale gelebilir ki hasta, günlük yaşam aktivitelerinde bakıcının desteğine ve hatta tekerlekli sandalyeye bağımlı hale gelebilir.

ABSTRACT
The basic motor symptoms of Parkinson's disease consists of bradykinesia, rigidity, tremor and postural instability. Over time, motor complications occur both as a result of the progression of the disease and as a result of long-term treatment. The motor symptoms may become so severe that the patient depends on the caregiver's support in activities of daily living, or even in a wheelchair.
