Kan grubu tayini, HLA doku tiplemesi, panel reaktif antikor testi, donör ve alıcı arasında böbrek nakli yapılmadan önce yapılması gereken testlerdir. Amaç,verici ile alıcı arasındaki uyumu değerlendirmek ve nakil başarısını sağlamaktır. Günümüzde bu testler önceki yıllara göre daha hassas
moleküler yöntemlerle yapılmaktadır.
Blood group typing, HLA tissue typing ,panel reactive antibody test must be performed
before from kidney transplantation between donor and recipient. The aim is to evaluate compliance between donor and recipient and to ensure the success of transplantation. Today, these tests are performing with more sensitive molecular methods than previous years.
