Özet

In this paper, a lattice-type phase shifter topology which achieves low phase error, low loss, and a wide phase range with high linearity is presented. Wide frequency band operation is accomplished by employing symmetrical all-pass lattice structures. Utilizing commercially available 0.18μm GPDK CMOS technology, the proposed design showcases a 45°, 90°, 135°, and 180° phase shift over the 3.3-4.2 GHz. In recognition of the increasing demands of 5G communications, our study underscores the importance of precise and efficient phase control.
