© 2015 IEEE.Although endoscopy devices are sensitive devices that should be used very carefully,they often fail and become unavailable because of the user errors and the errors made during the reprocessing. In this study, the factors causing defects on the endoscopy devices were investigated with the eye of clinical engineering, and the solutions were recommended.
