Özet

Spor müsabakaları belirli kurallar çerçevesinde düzenlenmektedir. Kuralları ihlal eden kişi veya kurumlar disiplin kuralları çerçevesinde cezalandırılır. Bu çalışmada 2019-2020 Türkiye Süper Lig’inde yer alan takımların sezon boyunca profesyonel futbol disiplin kurulundan aldıkları cezaların incelenmesi amaçlanmaktadır. Araştırmada incelenen profesyonel futbol disiplin kurulu kararları 2019-2020 Süper Lig takımlarını kapsamaktadır. Toplam 18 futbol takımı araştırmaya dahil edilmiştir. Nitel araştırma tekniği kullanılarak yapılan çalışmada elde edilen veriler içerik analizi yöntemiyle incelenmiştir. Analiz sonuçlarına göre 2019-2020 Süper Lig sezonunda en fazla para cezası 2,084,200 TL ile Fenerbahçe almıştır. Gençlerbirliği ise 66,000 TL ile en az para cezası alan takım olmuştur. Toplam kulüplerin aldıkları ceza tutarına bakıldığında ise 10,854,100 TL olarak karşımıza çıkmaktadır. Çalışma sonuçlarının incelediğimizde Fenerbahçe’nin aldığı ceza tutarına en yakın kulüp Trabzonspor olmuştur. Kasımpaşa kulübü ise en az ceza alan kulüpler arasında yer almaktadır. Kulüplerin Finansal Fair Play çerçevesinde harcama limitlerine dikkat ettiği bu dönemde müsabakalarda daha dikkatli davranarak cezaların minimum seviyeye indirilmesi maddi açıdan kulüplere fayda sağlayacaktır.

Sports competitions are organized under certain rules. Persons or institutions that violate the rules are punished within the framework of disciplinary rules. In this study, discipline throughout the 2019-2020 season of professional football in Turkey situated in the Super League team is to investigate the punishment they receive from the board. The professional football disciplinary board decisions examined in the research cover the 2019-2020 Super League teams. A total of 18 football clubs were included in the research. The data obtained in the study using qualitative research technique were analyzed by content analysis method. According to the analysis results, Fenerbahçe received the highest fine with 2,084,200 TL in the 2019-2020 Super League season. Gençlerbirliği was the team that received the least fine with 66,000 TL. When we look at the total amount of fines received by the clubs, it appears as 10,854,100 TL. When we examine the results of the study, Trabzonspor was the club closest to Fenerbahçe's penalty. Kasımpaşa club is among the clubs with the least penalties. In this period when clubs pay attention to the spending limits within the framework of Financial Fair Play, it will be financially beneficial for the clubs to be more careful in the competitions and reduce the penalties to the minimum level.
