TARİH EĞİTİMİ PROJELERİNİN BİBLİYOMETRİK ANALİZİ

eTwinning, Avrupa Komisyonu, Eğitim, Görsel-İşitsel ve Kültür Yürütme Ajansı (EACEA) tarafından Erasmus+ Programı kapsamında finanse edilen, Avrupa Okul Ağı Konsorsiyumu organizasyonunda, 36 Avrupa Ülkesi ve 7 Avrupa Dışı Ülke Eğitim Bakanlıkları veya Ulusal Ajansları tarafından yürütülen bir faaliyettir. eTwinning öğretmenlerin çevrim içi iletişim kurarak, bilgi ve deneyim paylaşabilecekleri; çevrim içi ve yüz yüze eğitimlere katılabilecekleri, tüm Avrupa’dan öğretmen ve öğrencileri dâhil ederek, öğretim programlarına uyumlu ortak projeler gerçekleştirebilecekleri bir topluluk olarak tanımlanabilir. eTwinning platformuna Ağustos 2021 itibariyle 947.499 öğretmen ve 219.781 okul kayıtlıdır. eTwinning platformunda öğretmenler birlikte çalışarak öğrenciler için etkinlikler düzenlerler. Öğrenciler bu etkinliklerde aktif rol oynayarak araştırma, karar verme, iletişim ve karşı gruptaki öğrencilere saygı duyma gibi değer ve becerileri geliştirmektedir. Ülkemizin 2009 yılında dahil olduğu eTwinning platformunda öğretmenlerimiz hem ülke içinde kendi meslektaşları ile hem de Avrupa’daki meslektaşları ile bir araya gelerek proje oluşturmaktadır. eTwinning platformunda şu ana kadar yapılan proje sayısı 123.280 olarak belirtilmektedir. Bu çalışmanın amacı etwinning platformunda ülkemiz öğretmenleri ve eğitimcileri tarafından gerçekleştirilen tarih eğitimi alanıyla ilgili projeleri bibliyometrik analiz yöntemi ile incelemektir. Bu amaçla eTwinning web sitesinde projeler kısmında “tarih”, “tarih eğitimi” “yerel tarih”, “sözlü tarih”, “kültürel miras”, “Osmanlı Tarihi”, “Türk Tarihi” ve “Dünya Tarihi” anahtar kelimeleri kullanılarak arama gerçekleştirilmiştir. Taramadan elde edilen verilerin bibliyometrik analizi; “yıl, sınıf düzeyi, konu, etkinlik türü, katılımcı sayısı, katılımcı çeşitliliği, etkinlik türleri” parametreleri kullanılarak gerçekleştirilmiştir. Çalışma sonucunda platformun sunduğu imkanların tarih ve sosyal bilgiler öğretmenleri tarafından kullanıma düzeyi ortaya konulacaktır. Tarih eğitimi alanında eTwinning platformunda yer alan projelerin incelendiği bu çalışmanın öğretmen ve eğitimcilere yeni fikirler sunması ve bu sayede eTwinning platformunda yer alan tarih eğitimi projelerin nicelik ve niteliklerin arttırılması hedeflenmektedir.

BIBLIOMETRIC ANALYSIS of HISTORY EDUCATION PROJECTS on the eTWINNING PLATFORM

eTwinning is an activity carried out by Ministries or National Agencies of Education from 36 European Countries and 7 Non-European Countries, under the organization of the European Schoolnet Consortium, funded by the European Commission Education, Audio-visual and Culture Executive Agency (EACEA) under the Erasmus+ Programme. eTwinning is where teachers can share knowledge and experience by communicating online, participate in online and face-to-face trainings and realize joint projects compatible with their curriculum by involving teachers and students from all over Europe. As of August 2021, 947,499 teachers and 219,781 schools are registered on the eTwinning platform. In eTwinning, teachers work together to organize activities for students. By playing an active role in these activities, students develop values ​​and skills such as research, decision making, communication and respect for the students in the opposite group. In the eTwinning platform, which our country was involved in in 2009, our teachers come together with their colleagues in the country and with their colleagues in Europe to create projects. The number of projects done so far on the eTwinning platform is stated as 123,280. The aim of this study is to examine the projects related to the field of history education carried out by our country's teachers and educators on the eTwinning platform, with the bibliometric analysis method. For this purpose, a search was carried out using the keywords "history", "history education", "local history", "oral history", "cultural heritage", "Ottoman History", "Turkish History" and "World History" in the projects section of the eTwinning website. Bibliometric analysis of the data obtained from the survey; It was carried out using the parameters “year, class level, subject, type of activity, number of participants, variety of participants, types of activities”. As a result of the study, the level of use of the opportunities offered by the platform by history and social studies teachers will be revealed. The aim of this study, which examines the projects in the eTwinning platform in the field of history education, is to present new ideas to teachers and educators, and thus to increase the quantity and quality of the history education projects in the eTwinning platform.
