This project endeavors to pioneer a novel approach
to wildfire risk mapping and introduce a probabilistic
optimization model for resource allocation, integrating risk
maps and various situational conditions. We will initiate
our work by conducting comprehensive literature reviews,
followed by critical analysis of specific criteria. Based on
these insights, we’ll integrate climate, topography, and land
cover data to generate risk maps via Analytic Hierarchy
Process (AHP) and Ordered Weighted Averaging (OWA).
Utilizing multi-criteria decision-making strategies, we’ll
optimize the distribution of first responder resources,
including fire brigade, artificial pools, and aerial vehicles,
through the cluster coverage method.
