Özet

Komurhan Bridge has a strategic position on the roads connecting the Eastern Anatolia Region with the Central Anatolia and Mediterranean regions in Turkey. As a result of the increasing traffic density between these regions, Komurhan Bridge has gained more importance nowadays. Throughout the history, there has been more than one bridge in the same name, Komurhan Bridge, connecting the same places, Malatya and Elazig. In this paper, one can find the reasons behind the construction of new bridges and also detailed technical information about the them ( especially third bridge) constructed at the same location.
