Introduction: Metastatic carcinoma to the pancreas from another primary site is uncommon and accounts for approximately 2% of pancreatic malignancies. Pancreas metastasis from renal cell carcinoma (RCC) is a very rare entity. Herein, we report a case of late pancreatic metastasis from RCC, that was managed with partial pancreatectomy and splenectomy. Twelve months following surgery there was no evidence of local recurrence or metastases.
