Özet

Humeral condyle fractures are a common type of fracture in veterinary practice. This type of fracture is frequently encountered in cats and dogs, and it can significantly impact the quality of life for the animals. The etiology of the fracture can vary and is often associated with trauma or anatomical factors. Among the treatment options, in addition to conservative approaches, surgical intervention, especially, stands out as the preferred approach that ensures effective and permanent treatment of humeral condyle fractures.Recent studies have provided significant insights into the effectiveness of various treatment methods and patient outcomes. This compilation aims to emphasize the significance of humeral condyle fractures in veterinary practice, providing a comprehensive perspective on current treatment strategies. It aims to assist both professionals in veterinary practice and researchers in better comprehending humeral condyle fractures in cats and dogs, as well as in developing effective treatment strategies.
