Özet

Background: Behcet's disease (BD) is a chronic multi-system inflammatory disorder of unknown aetiology, which shares many features of the inflammatory bowel diseases ( IBDs). CARD15 has recently been identified as the first susceptibility gene in Crohn's disease ( CD).
