Özet

The aim of this qualitative study is to explore the classroom experiences of 26 multidisciplinary teachers in designing activities to implement differentiation using mobile devices. Using case study research and focus group interviews with the teachers, this study was carried out in the context of an Erasmus+ project. During the project’s multiplier event, the teachers collaboratively designed differentiation activities with mobile devices and implemented them in their classrooms. Findings revealed the importance of infrastructure and resources as well as affective aspects such as positive attitude towards mobile technologies. The teachers emphasized the need for support and training. Differentiated activities with mobile devices increase motivation, participation and interaction and cooperation in the learning and teaching process. Such activities also provide peer learning and collaboration among teachers. Implications were discussed in terms of theoretical insights, practices and directions for further research.
