Özet

In this study, presence of antibodies to Ehrlichia risticii in the sera of 100 throughbreed horses brought to Turkey Jockey Club Stud from different regions was investigated by indirect fluorescent antibody (IFA), western immunoblotting, indirect enzyme linked immunosorbent assay (ELISA) and competetive ELISA (CELISA) using monoclonal antibody.
