Endometrial adenocarcinoma was diagnosed as a secondary malignant tumor in a patient who had been treated for a cervical lymphoma. Four years later, vaginal invasive squamous cell carcinoma was diagnosed as a third primary malignancy and second-series radiotherapy was applied. Following treatment, post-radiational vaginal sarcoma was determined. Immune system disorders, viral oncogenes, tumor suppressor gene p53 and HLA types were investigated. Following immunohistochemical staining of paraffin blacks, 5% of the tumor cells were positively stained for oncogene p53. There was CD4+ lymphopenia in the blood count, and Ebstein-Barr Virus (EBV) Viral Capsid Antigen IgG was detected. Low- risk HPV scale was observed in the cervical smear. The patient's HLA type was HLA- DR3, HLA-DRI, HLA-B35, B4, B6.
