Amaç : Konkomitan olarak adlandırılan şaşılıklarda okülomotor bo¬zukluğun simetrisinin irdelenmesi Metod : Her iki iç rektustan ameliyat edilmiş 23 ezotropya ve her iki dış rektustan ameliyat olmuş 14 ekzotropya olgusunda standart anestezi protokolü ile derin anestezi altında gözlerin pozisyonu kaydedildi. Kasların uzayabilirliği Roth miyometresi ve Pechereau cetveli ile ölçüldü. Bulgular : 23 ezotropya olgusundan 13'ünde, 14 ekzotropya olgu¬sundan 11'inde genel anestezi altında gözlerin pozisyonunda bir asimetri saptandı. Ezotropyalarda 14 olguda her iki İç rektus ara¬sında uzayabilirlikte bir fark saptanırken, ekzotropyalarda 11 olgu¬da her iki dış rektus arasında bu tür bir fark bulunmuştur. Asymmetry of the Oculomotor Disturbance in Squints Called Concomitant Purpose : Evaluation of the symmetry of the oculomo¬tor disturbance in squints called concomitant. Method : The position of the eyes under general anes¬thesia with a standart protocole were recorded in 23 ■Mtxopia cases operated on both medial recti and 14 Kotropia cases operated on the both lateral recti. Bongatlon of the muscles were measured with Roth ■yometer and Pechereau ruler. lesnlts : An asymmetry of the eye position was ob-Itmd in 13 of the 23 esotropia cases and 11 of 14 Kotropia cases .
