Özet

Dural arteriovenous fistulas (DAVF) account for 10-15% of the intracranial arteriovenous malformations. Endovascular treatment options for DAVFs are including transarterial or transvenous embolization. We herein present the treatment of first case of DAVF involving right transvers sinus, treated by the combined treatment performed via transarterial and transvenous access through thrombosed torcular herophili. © 2004 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
