The purpose of this study is to understand the possible relation between general and organizational cynicism, and to determine if there is any significant differences among teachers on having general and organizational cynicism according to gender, seniority and the stage of the primary school that they teach. In total, 132 teachers working in Sanliurfa participated in the study. Data obtained from 132 teachers, are analyzed in SPSS. According to the results of the analysis, a moderate relation was determined between general and organizational cynicism. And as the result of analysis, there is no significant difference detected among teachers on general and organizational cynicism according to their seniority levels.
