CNC router cihazının
dünyada ve ülkemizde reklam ürünleri ve kişiye özel ürün üretiminde sürekli
artarak kullanılması, ara eleman yetiştiren eğitim kurumlarının da bu konuda
gerekli adaptasyonu yapmasını zorunlu kılmaktadır. Sektörel ihtiyacın bir
sonucu olarak özellikle basım ve yayın eğitimi veren meslek yüksekokulları
atölyelerinde CNC router cihazına yer vermeye başlamışlardır. Makine eğitimi
verilen mühendislik, öğretmenlik veya ön lisans bölümlerinde CNC router cihazı
fazlasıyla kapsamlı eğitimler verilmekte hatta cihaz imalatı dahi
yapılabilmektedir. Fakat bu teknolojinin ön lisans eğitimi veren basım ve yayın
teknolojilerinde kullanılmaya başlamasının çok yeni olması, birçok eksikliği de
beraberinde getirmektedir. Öncelikli sorun; eğitimi veren öğretim elemanlarının
matbaa teknolojileri dışında yer alan bu teknolojiye çok yabancı olmalarıdır.
Ayrıca bu cihazla ilgili makine bölümünün dışındaki öğrencilere yönelik
öğretici yayınların olmaması da önemli bir sorun oluşturmaktadır. Makine
üreticisi ve satıcısı firmaların kısa süreli cihaz kullanım eğitimleri çok
yetersiz kalmaktadır. Reklam sektöründe cihazın kullanımı, yetişmiş personel
yapısının olmamasından, cihazın yeteneklerine göre çok sınırlı kalmaktadır. Bu
nedenle hızlı bir şekilde CNC router cihazı ile ilgili gerekli akademik bilgi
sisteminin oluşturulması gerekmektedir. Makalenin amacı, ihtiyaç duyulan
altyapının oluşturulmasına yönelik genel bir bilgi kaynağı ve yol haritası
oluşturabilmektir.
The increasing use of the CNC router device in the production of advertising products and personalized products in our country and in our country necessitates the adaptation of the training institutions that provide intermediary staff to adapt accordingly. As a result of the sectoral needs, they started to give place to the CNC router device especially in the vocational college workshops giving the printing and publication education. In the engineering, teaching or undergraduate departments where machine training is given, the CNC router device is given extensive training and even device manufacturing can be done. But the fact that this technology is very new in the printing and publication technology of associate degree education brings with it a lot of deficiencies. Priority problem; This technology, which is located outside of the printing technology of the teaching staff, should be very foreign. In addition, the lack of tutorials for students outside the machine room is also a major problem. The training of machine manufacturers and vendors for short-time machine use is very inadequate. The use of the device in the advertising sector is very limited, depending on the capabilities of the device, due to the lack of trained personnel. For this reason, the necessary academic information system related to the CNC router device needs to be created quickly. The purpose of the program is to be able to create a general information source and road map for the creation of the infrastructure needed.
