Renal cell carcinoma metastatic to the prostate is a very rare entity. Early or late prostatic metastasis after radical nephrectomy have been reported in only five cases. Patients generally present with lower urinary tract symptoms. A 65-year-old male patient presented with lower urinary tract symptoms one year after radical nephrectomy for a right renal mass, which was histopathologically shown to be stage III renal cell carcinoma. On radiological examination, the prostate gland was measured as 34 g, and serum prostate specific antigen level was 2.971 ng/ml. Transurethral resection of the prostate was performed. Prostatic metastasis from renal cell carcinoma was shown histopathologically. The patient's complaints of lower urinary tract symptoms improved significantly during a 12-month follow-up.
