Özet

Traumatic dissection of aorta is a rare, high mortality clinical condition. In this case presentation, traumatic dissection aorta case diagnosed by lung x-ray due to suspect from tracheal shift, whose thoracic examination was normal and who was presented due to traffic accident was discussed.
