Özet

Phytobiotics have been used to supplement ingredients in poultry feeds for the last few years. A great deal of research has been conducted on this topic. Researchers highlight the multifaceted benefits of phytobiotics, underscoring their antimicrobial, antioxidant, and anti-inflammatory properties, in addition to their capacity to stimulate growth. Most of the phytobiotics currently in use are seamlessly incorporated into animal diets, with no reported palatability issues. In fact, there have been instances of enhanced feed intake when these additives are included. The objective of this review is to comprehensively examine the utilization of phytogenic feed additives in poultry diets, alongside a detailed exploration of the latest insights into their potential mechanisms of action.
