Abstract
Digitalization offers essential opportunities in the care of disabled people and their socialization. With increasing digitalization after the pandemic, telemedicine, telehealth, tele support and telecare services are used more in-home care. Digital technologies are being used to overcome some challenges in social care. Digitalization in health reduces time and space restrictions in care and health services provided for the disabled, elderly and patients. Digitalization offers equal, accessible and equitable care services for the elderly who want to age at home, whether in the countryside or the city. Digitalization continues to change and improve relationships and service delivery styles in society. This paper examines the increasing equality of opportunity in education that digitalization offers to individuals with disabilities. For this purpose, articles and theses in the literature were examined.
