In this section, the experts who are consulted in cases where special and technical knowledge
is required for the solution and the development and current situation of the expert witness
mechanism in Turkey will be discussed. The history of expertise, basic concepts in expertise, the
requirements to become an expert, expert training, organizational structure, general characteristics of expert reports and institutions providing services in Turkey will be discussed.
Bu bölümde çözümü için özel ve teknik bir bilgi sahibi olunması gereken durumlarda kendisine
başvurulan bilirkişiler ve bilirkişilik mekanizmasının Türkiye’deki gelişimi ve mevcut durumuna
değinilecektir. Bilirkişiliğin tarihi, bilirkişilikte temel kavramlar, bilirkişi olmak için aranan şartlar, bilirkişilik eğitimi, teşkilat yapısı, bilirkişi raporlarının genel nitelikleri ve Türkiye’de hizmet
veren kurumlar üzerinde durulacaktır
