exuality, which is an indispensable part of human life, is affected by many psychological, physiological, social and cultural factors. Female sexuality, on the other hand, has a great impact on the physiological and psychological changes that women experience throughout their lifetimes. Factors that affect women physically, psychologically and socially, such as adolescent period, pregnancy period, postpartum period, menopause and old age have important effects on sexual life. The awareness and knowledge level of nurses, who are the health professionals who women can share their sexual lives and problems most, is important. The aim of the review is to examine the factors affecting female sexual function in the periods of adolescent period, pregnancy and postpartum period, menopause and old age and nursing care in the direction of literature. Keywords: Sexual function, women health, nursing Insan hayatinin vazgecilmez bir parcasi olan cinsellik; psikolojik, fizyolojik, sosyal ve kulturel bircok faktorden etkilenmektedir. Kadin cinselligi ise kadinlarin yasam donemleri boyunca yasadigi fizyolojik ve psikolojik degisimler nedeniyle buyuk olcude etkilemektedir. Adolesan donem, gebelik donemi, postpartum donem, menopoz ve yaslilik donemi gibi kadinlari fiziksel, psikolojik ve sosyal yonden etkileyen faktorlerin cinsel yasam uzerine de onemli etkileri bulunmaktadir. Kadinlarin cinsel yasamlarini ve yasadiklari sorunlari en rahat paylasabildigi saglik profesyonelleri olan hemsirelerin bu konudaki farkindaligi ve bilgi duzeyi onemlidir. Bu derlemenin amaci adolesan donemde, gebelik ve postpartum donemlerinde, menopoz ve yaslilik donemlerinde kadin cinsel fonksiyonunu, etkileyen faktorleri ve hemsirelik bakimini literatur dogrultusunda incelemektir.
