Malignant hyperthermia (MH) is an acute, potentially fatal complication encountered with anesthesia. The patient, a 13 year-old boy undergoing orchiopexy developed sudden clinical signs of fever, peripheral circulation disorder, cyanosis and muscular rigidity. Immediate treatment without the use of Dantrolene was successful. Laboratory data has confirmed our diagnosis, and the patient has survived MH with basic support.
