Özet

This paper explores the transformative role of AI-driven technology in engineering higher education, on the example of the Faculty of Engineering, the University of Deusto, enhancing inclusivity through personalized, accessible, and ethical learning experiences. The study evaluates AI's benefits and challenges through questionnaire and institutional pilot programs, introducing the need for AI literacy training, transparent policies, and human monitoring to mitigate ethical concerns, algorithmic bias, and unequal access. A responsible and collaborative approach among educators, policymakers, and technologists is essential to ensure equal and unbiased AI integration. Future research should focus on AI's long-term impact, the development of AI literacy programs, and innovative strategies for inclusive education.
