Jugular diverticulum is a rare condition characterized by extraluminal outpouching from the jugular bulb. As the patients may be totally asymptomatic, but sensorineural symptoms such as sensorineural hearing loss, tinnitus and vertigo can also occur. Diagnosis of these patients can be made by some radiologic methods such as high-resolution computerized tomography, magnetic resonance imaging, or a novel radiologic technique flat panel computed tomography. In this paper we report a 22-year-old female patient with jugular diverticulum presenting with tinnitus complaint.
