Özet

In patients with advanced ovarian cancer,

complex procedures such as distal pancreatectomy and

splenectomy (DPS) may be required for R0 resection.

These procedures may be thought to increase survival,

but it can be assumed that they cause serious morbidity.

We aimed to present our experience.
