Orientation to offence and aggressive behavior may be enhanced by alcohol and substance addiction. Detection of addiction is important according to law. In our country subjects of criminal liability of alcohol and substance addiction and placing under guardianship for addictions were specified by law. In this review our aim is to define criminal liability and related issues of alcohol and substance addiction.
