Abstract

Jugular foramen schwannoma is rare entity. The treatment options are surgical excision, and/or radiation therapy or gamma knife. The surgical excision is challenging procedure due to complex anatomy of the region and potential complications. Herein we reported clinical findings and surgical outcome of a 10-year-old girl with jugular foramen schwannoma, who is the youngest patients reported to date. (C) 2011 Elsevier Ireland Ltd.
