Özet
Thermodynamics has a knowledge structure to effectively depict the stability (or instability) of a system. Considering the increasing complexity of application problems and the fuzzy nature of human thought, Fermatean fuzzy sets have become a powerful tool for modeling uncertainty. To better address multi-criteria decision-making problems in a Fermatean fuzzy environment, the paper first proposes a thermodynamic method for multi-criteria decision-making with Fermatean fuzzy numbers, which considers both the quantity and quality of decision information. In the contemporary business landscape, the demand for robust big data capabilities within enterprises has surged, facilitating in-depth analysis and extraction of crucial insights from supply chains to bolster data-driven, dynamic decision-making. In this study, a meticulous evaluation system is developed to assess the capabilities of big data in manufacturing supply chains.
