Özet

In this study wo compared the entubation quality anil duration to maximum blockage, and after intubation the neuromuscular effects of cisatracurium with sovol'lurane or desflurane. Eighty patients with ASA I-II physical status in two groups of forty young (25-49 years) and forty elderly (65-86 years) were included. Motor function of the thumb was monitorizcd by the stimulation of ulnar nerve. Anesthesia induction was made with fentanyl 1 ug kg-1, and projiofol 2 mg kg-1. The neuromuscular blockage was measured by accclomyograph (Paragraph, USA). After control value was obtained cisatracurium 0.1 mg kg-1 was applied. Time to 100 % neuromuscular blockage was recorded as Tmax thenafter intubation was performed. The quality was evaluated as perfect, good and bad. The patients were subgrouped according to the inhalation anesthetics (sevoffurane or dcsflurane) and T25 (duration of clinical effect, min.), T75 (time to need supplementary dosage, min.), T 25-T75 (recovery index, min.) were studied by TOF stimulation. Students t, Ki square, repeated measures of ANOVA and posthoe Tukey-kramer tests were used for statistical analyses. The intubation quality was evaluated as 60 % perfect, 40 % good in youngs, and 70 % perfect, 30 % good in elderly. Tmax was found 200 sec.-204 sec. respectively. T25, T75, and recovery index was found 31.9, 38.5, 6.6 nun. in young-sevofluranu group, 32.6, 38.9, 6.3 min. in young-dcsfiurane group, 33.4, 40.4, 6.9 min. in elderly sevoflurane group, 36.2, 43.0, 6.8 min., respectively. There was no statistically significant difference between groups (p>0.05). We deluded cisatracurium provides good intubation conditions, there is no difference between age for Trnax, T25, T75 and recovery index, and using sevoflurane or desflurane has no influence on these parameters.
