Purpose: We report on the case of a young boy with Ki-1 positive duodenal lymphoma with duodenocolic fistulas that was misdiagnosed as carcinoma. Although morphologic features of the specimen and negative immune staining leukocyte common antigen (LCA) strongly suggested duodenal carcinoma, a dramatic response to treatment has to remind us of the possibility of LCA negativity in some subgroups of non-Hodgkin's lymphomas (NHL) with Ki-1 positivity.
