Although hyperthyroidism in pregnancy is not frequently seen, uncontrolled hyperthyroidism may increase maternal, fetal and neonatal mortality and morbidity. In order to take attention to the complications of hyperthyroidism in pregnancy, we, hereby, report a "Graves" disease patient who gave birth in the 33rd veek of pregnancy, having thyroid storm during delivery in our department. As the degree and the severity of complications are directly related to the suppression of hyperthyroid state in pregnancy, with presenting our case we have tried to take attention to the treatment modalities reviewing the literature.
