Özet

The investigations were carried out on 91 dogs of various breeds. Using the mathematical formula H-estmd = 1.016 xD - 31.2 (H-estmd, estimated value of the shoulder height; D, internal dimension of the cranial cavity Ethmoideum-Basion) the shoulder height was calculated. Evaluated results were compared with the shoulder height values measured by authors and coming from papers. The results proved the high accuracy of the implemented mathematical formula.
