We report a case of aortocoronary dissection during percutaneous transluminal coronary stent implantation,
which resulted from a progressively retrograde extension of the coronary dissection into the sinus of Valsalva.
It was successfully treated with stenting without an operation, resulting in optimal coronary blood flow and
diminution of the aortic dissection.
Key Words: Coronary stenting; retrograde coronary dissection
