The first one was a 2.5 x 2 cm defect located in the upper dorsal area and the other defect was a 12 x 10 cm defect in the lower dorsal-lumbosacral area. Neurological examination of the lower extremities showed paraplegia with hypotonia. Lesions were operated upon and closed by advancement flaps. Clinical and intraoperative findings of this extremely rare case are discussed.
