The aim of this study is to develop a data collection tool which targets to determine individuals’ perceptions of global future in the aspects of education, environment, health and technology. This is a methodological study. The study was carried out on 870 individuals who agreed to participate in Istanbul. Data collection form consisted of Information Form and Perceived Global Future Scale sections. Percentage, item total score correlation, exploratory factor analysis and Cronbach's alpha coefficient were used for data analyses. The mean age of the participants was 28.10±10.56 and 66.8% of them were women, 28.6% of them were married, 68.4% had a bachelor degree. The scale was separated into seven factor groups and the Cronbach's alpha coefficient total was found to be 0.93. As the result of the analyses, it can be claimed that the Perceived Global Future Scale consisting of 36 items and seven dimensions, is a valid and reliable tool.
