Özet

In today's world where technology is developing rapidly in every field, children, like all people living in cities, are surrounded by the digital world. Children, who have much more capacity in terms of perception compared to older ages and have the ability to grasp every subject easily, are affected by this situation in two ways, positively and negatively. The biggest handicaps of being so intertwined with technology are the lack of physical activity and the danger of being disconnected from nature. Children are now in danger of not playing in the streets or becoming completely sedentary and dependent on computers. Physical activity is an important factor in children's well-being.
