Claudication may be 'vascular' due to peripheral vascular disease or 'neurogenic' due to lumbar spinal stenosis. However, rarely those two etiological conditions can be seen together. In this case report, we present a case in which both lumbar spinal stenosis and peripheral vascular disease are seen together. As a result any patient having claudication symptoms must be evaluated according to these two etiological factors. Because of this case report we reviewed the literature about claudication and discussed the etiological factors and differential diagnosis.
