Abstract

To date, limited data exist on demonstrating the usefulness of machine learning (ML) algorithms applied to MALDI-TOF in determining colistin resistance among Klebsiella pneumoniae. We aimed to detect colistin resistance in K. pneumoniae using MATLAB on MALDI-TOF database.
