Filler injection-associated alopecia is a rare complication. To date, including our case, we have identified 17 reported cases of alopecia following filler injection. Although uncommon, this complication should not be overlooked, especially given the increasing popularity of cosmetic procedures and the potential for misuse by unqualified individuals. In our case, unilateral partial cicatricial alopecia developed in the temporoparietal region following hyaluronic acid (HA) filler injection into the temporal area. The patient presented one month after the procedure, with no signs of vascular occlusion. Topical minoxidil was prescribed, resulting in approximately 80% hair regrowth in the affected area.
