Özet

Renal involvement in Behçet's syndrome is infrequent and the reported cases of glomerulonephritis consisted mainly of patients with focal glomerulonephritis. A patient with Behçet's syndrome and diffuse proliferative sclerosing glomerulonephritis with predominant disposition of IgM is described. © 1991 Oxford University Press.
