Abstract
Introduction: DOCK8 deficiency is a combined immunodeficiency with severe eczema, food allergy and autoimmunity. Early diagnosis is important for the treatment of patients. In this study, diagnostic value of flow cytometric detection of DOCK8 protein expression was evaluated in patients with DOCK8 deficiency.
