Özet

Intracranial involvement in multiple myeloma (MM) is an uncommon manifestation that may create significant diagnostic challenges because of its radiological resemblance to more common intracranial tumors. Simultaneous involvement of multiple intracranial compartments at initial presentation is particularly unusual.
