Sarcoidosis is a multisystem granulomatous disorder which involves many of the internal organs including skin. Psoriasiform plaques are rare findings in sarcoidosis. Coexistence of sarcoidosis and psoriasis in the same patient is also very rare. We report 4 cases. Sarcoidosis and psoriasis co-existed in three patients and the remaining one had sarcoidosis and psoriasiform plaques. Their HLA types and blood groups were determined. Current literature is also reviewed.
