The Council of Higher Education (YÖK) is launching new projects to enable doctoral students and researchers to conduct research at international standards.

With the "Young Minds in Basic Sciences Project," 100 PhD students in the research assistant cadre of universities will be supported to conduct research abroad on their thesis topics.

With the "International Researcher Projects," research will be encouraged in universities that have entered the top 700 in the world university rankings in the last three years.
