CERN (Conseil Européen pour la Recherche Nucléaire) & European Nuclear Research Center is the world's largest particle physics laboratory, founded in 1954 and located on the border of Switzerland and France.

Green chemistry and sustainable bioproducts have wide usage potential in fields such as medicine, electronics, food, cosmetics, automotive, space-aircraft, energy, textiles, forest products, pharmaceuticals, and the chemical industry. For these reasons, its importance and use are increasing day by day.

In this context, we have started our academic studies on the use of sustainable bioproducts obtained from nature in the development of advanced technology engineering materials at CERN, one of the largest and most prestigious laboratories in the world, under the coordination of Sadullah Ozturk.
